If a paid plan is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it and we will refund the full amount. This applies to every paid plan of every The Readscope product, including lifetime plans.

How to ask

1. Email hello@thereadscope.com from the address you used at checkout.
2. Tell us which product and plan you bought. A short reason helps us improve, but you do not have to give one.
3. We confirm by email and start the refund. It goes back to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

You can also ask through the receipt or account page of our checkout partner, which sells the Pro plans on our behalf.

What happens to the licence

When a refund is made, the licence is cancelled. The free plugin from WordPress.org keeps working as before, because it is free and has nothing to refund.

Free plugins

Our plugins on WordPress.org are free. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund. If you have a problem, please use the support forum of the plugin or our contact page.

Your legal rights

This policy does not take away any right you have under the law where you live, such as consumer rights to cancel or return a purchase. Where the checkout shows different terms for your purchase, the terms shown at checkout apply.
